The Vixen Instructor Traineeship is a progressive training program required to facilitate the development of new trainees into their roles as pole dance instructors. This traineeship will also allow newly trained instructors to discover opportunities for improvement and growth, both personally and professionally.
The Spring 2018 traineeship will run from Monday, May 28, 2018 to Sunday, July 29, 2018. However, the length of each instructor trainee’s program will be determined on an individual basis by studio management and include the following requirements:
Administrative desk work
Various studio housekeeping tasks
Mandatory attendance in classes taught by management for study purposes
Presentation of warm-up sequence in two classes
Teaching two classes without assistance
After nine weeks of participation in the traineeship program, each trainee’s performance will be reviewed and assessed by the Vixen management team. After thorough assessment and review, management will decide to make an offer of employment, not extend an offer of employment or given a directive for more training/an extended traineeship term before making an employment decision.
Those who receive an employment offer can expect a weekly teaching assignment based on management's discretion; individual availability and skill set; client demand; and current schedule needs.
After completion of the traineeship and a recurring teaching assignment each new instructor is entitled to the following perks:
Complimentary Gold Vixen Membership
Complimentary Vixen workshops (if space permits)
40% off Vixen logo apparel
25% off retail value of Pleaser shoes and Mika Yoga wear (to be ordered through Management)
